Shipping Policy

*Free Domestic shipping across India. 

In case of late alteration & second alteration, their be a charge for shipping.

We generally take  15-20 working days to dispatch the order, as the piece is bespoke and is crafted especially for our clients. You will be notify if your piece is more intricate & requires more time for embroidery & stitching.

*For International Shipping, customer have to pay depending upon the service & the weight of the parcel. The company is not responsible for any Border Custom charges made by the international borders and has to be paid by the customer only. Return & Exchange Policy

Since all the pieces are couture & bespoke, therefore at Agrajain, a product once bought cannot be returned. 

 

However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange or alter these products:

Free Alterations : We can alter the items for free, if the garment received doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. We will happily alter it according to your given feedback. However the return shipping time might vary depending upon the alteration & the work. The customer has to notify us regarding the fitting issues within the 7 days of the delivery. Any items returned or request for alteration after 7 days of the delivery will be charged including the shipping cost.

Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

Returning items by post or courier.
If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at agrajain@outlook.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s) or you can contact us at our contact number as well.

Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.


Agrajain cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.

PAYMENT

The order will get confirmed & process only after the full payment. At the time of checkout, you can pay us by your credit/ debit card or via Bank Transfer. â€‹You can also pay us directly via Bank Transfer, NEFT or IMPS. Kindly text us or whatsapp us at +91-7596888920 for our Bank Details.
